These Terms & Conditions apply to the Rest in Skate game (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, created by Try IT (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider") as an ad-supported service.
By downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to the following terms. It is strongly recommended that you thoroughly read these terms before using the Application. Copying, modifying the Application, any part of it, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate it into other languages, or create derivative versions are also prohibited. All intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is committed to making the Application as beneficial and efficient as possible. They reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. Any charges will be clearly communicated to you.
The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided in order to offer the Service. You are responsible for securing your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as these actions could compromise the security of your device and prevent the Application from functioning properly.

The Application may be used by children, and the Service Provider adheres to regulations protecting children's data privacy, including COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). In order to comply with these laws, personalized advertising is disabled for users in the relevant regions.
Additionally, the Service Provider has configured Unity Cloud services to ensure that no personal data is collected for advertising purposes, in accordance with children's privacy laws.
Some features of the Application require an active Internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile network). The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function correctly due to insufficient connection or data allowance.
If you are using the Application outside a Wi-Fi area, please be aware that your mobile network provider’s terms apply. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for any charges incurred, including roaming data charges if you use the Application outside your home country without disabling data roaming.
The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application fails to work due to a drained battery, network issues, or other causes outside of their control. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device has enough battery and a functioning network connection.
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms & Conditions. It is advised to check this page regularly for changes. Any modifications will be posted here, and you will be notified of updates when you access the Application.
